Recap of used options and sequence file
- used_options, which contains all the
necessary information so that the current job can be exactly reproduced.
The info includes the version of MatrixREDUCE, the
directory where MatrixREDUCE was run, and all the
command line options.
- logo_options, which contains all command
line options used to generate affinity logo images.
- logo_options_tn, which contains all
command line options used to generate affinity logo thumbnail
images.
- Y5_600_Bst.fa, the cleaned up
sequence file in FASTA
format. The sequence ID is taken as the first word following the
leading > and is converted into lowercase. Each sequence is also
converted into lowercase, and broken into fragments at non-'acgt' bases.
The cleaned up file is sorted into alphabetical order by the sequence
ID.
