Final Thoughts

In this single example, we generated several testable hypotheses. We expect that there are hundreds more such stories waiting to be uncovered using the Yeast Transfactome Database. As demonstrated, the database allows the user to dynamically interact with published microarray data and easily discern otherwise hidden regulatory patterns. Enjoy!
